Hplip not built with scanner support

I have the following printer scanner combo:

vendor=0x03f0 [HP], product=0x6c11 [Photosmart C4400 series

Printing works fine, but I can not scan. On my laptop everything works fine.

On the turris it turns out that /etc/hp/hplip.conf was built without scanner support
