How to force USB 3 device to use mass-storage driver using quirks?

So to summarize this:

  • USB storage quirks are applied when the device is connected to the module A
  • The USB storage quirks are NOT applied when the device is connected to the module F
  • Question: How can we apply the USB storage quirks on devices connected to the module F?
