Hddtemp package?

Hi,
there is a package to determine the temperature of the disk “hddtemp”? Or do I need to use the command
smartctl of smartmontools.

Thank you

David

I am not sure if this is the correct way to see it…

Airflow_Temperature_Cel

root@K-Router:/# smartctl -a /dev/sda
smartctl 6.5 2016-05-07 r4318 [armv7l-linux-4.4.35-34abcd5e548fc8ed5390269f3a31d173-15] (localbuild)

Now i am doubting myself. It could be that that temperature is the maximum ever measured. So not the actual current temperature.

I use this pipe …

smartctl -a / dev / sda | grep Temp | cut -d “” -f 2.37
