I have an error in Dyn DNS configuration, if updating any settings I get:
/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:464: Failed to execute cbi dispatcher target for entry '/admin/services/ddns/detail/myddns_ipv4'.
The called action terminated with an exception:
/usr/lib/lua/luci/model/cbi/ddns/detail.lua:101: attempt to concatenate field 'luci_helper' (a nil value)

I had no issue with exactly same configuration since I configured this service years ago. Issue appears in last days.
Can you please provide us more details, so we can look at it?

You can find it in Foris/LuCI or by using cat /etc/turris-version)
Version of ddns-scripts
This might a little bit tricker, but in LuCI you can find a version of it or by sharing output, for example, from command opkg list-installed | grep ddns
Some details about your configuration of DDNS, which provider are you using and so on.
This should help us while trying to reproduce your issue.
version of ddns-scripts:
ddns-scripts - 2.7.8-7
luci-app-ddns - 2.4.8-1
as provider I am using dyn.com, paid version since 2015, without any issues, e.g. OpenVPN is using this service, I have configured hostname, service, login and password, no other changes. Service was fine for several year up to now
