Collectd - rrdtools - NUT - graphs missing

  1. Have two UPS in NUT, but there is only settings for one UPS :frowning:

  2. There is only first graph in stats - with Voltages:

Don’t know, why there aren’t anymore graphs.

There are correct and exist data from NUT/UPS:

Why is in Turris version 4.10.8-3? There is 5.7.1 on Collectd website:
https://collectd.org/

There are data in rrd files! I tried for example:
rrdtool dump current-output.rrd >> aa.xml
and in file are:

			<!-- 2017-02-13 09:43:00 CET / 1486975380 --> <row><v> 6.0000000000e-01 </v></row>
			<!-- 2017-02-13 09:43:30 CET / 1486975410 --> <row><v> 6.0000000000e-01 </v></row>
			<!-- 2017-02-13 09:44:00 CET / 1486975440 --> <row><v> 6.0000000000e-01 </v></row>
			<!-- 2017-02-13 09:44:30 CET / 1486975470 --> <row><v> 6.0000000000e-01 </v></row>
			<!-- 2017-02-13 09:45:00 CET / 1486975500 --> <row><v> 6.0000000000e-01 </v></row>

Next:
rrdtool dump percent-load.rrd >> bb.xml

  	<!-- 2017-02-13 09:43:30 CET / 1486975410 --> <row><v> 2.4600000000e+01 </v></row>
  	<!-- 2017-02-13 09:44:00 CET / 1486975440 --> <row><v> 2.4400000000e+01 </v></row>
  	<!-- 2017-02-13 09:44:30 CET / 1486975470 --> <row><v> 2.5000000000e+01 </v></row>

As i am not using nut plugin, i am not so familiar with it, but there is a bit different lua script at master : https://github.com/openwrt/luci/blob/master/applications/luci-app-statistics/luasrc/statistics/rrdtool/definitions/nut.lua

You can also play with it a bit. Like try each graph-type individually return { voltages, currents, percentage, temperature, timeleft } . Now you know voltages are working…so pick next one comment the others (+alter that return line accordingly) and reload that stat-page, repeat for each one.

I installed Nut and Nut plugin for Collectd and I get no graph at all: rrd files contain only “Not A Number” (NaN) values.
This is very weird because if I enable CSV plugin, nut CSV files do contain correct values. (And I get graphs for all other plugins.)
So I guess the problem lies between nut and rrd but I don’t know where to look.
Any piece of advice?

Nut version is too old in Turris :frowning:

Collectd is too old… How do we get not so old versions?
