Cloud Backup error

Sudden error … previously long-term without problems . OS 3.11.13 but I think it’s a server error and not an OS version.

In this time is ready

If you’re experiencing an error while trying to perform a cloud backup, here are some tips that may help you fix the problem:

Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and strong enough to perform the backup. Slow or unstable internet connections can cause backup errors.

Check the status of the cloud service: Check the status of the cloud service you are using to perform the backup. Some cloud services may experience outages or maintenance periods that can affect backups.

Check your account permissions: Make sure that you have the necessary permissions and access to the cloud service to perform the backup. Some cloud services may require specific permissions or configurations for backups to work.

FYI: The cloud backup is no longer in operation. It has been terminated at the end of support of 3.x versions of Turris OS. There is another backup feature (remote snapshots - WebDAV or SSH) but it’s currently available only via CLI and we don’t provide any server for it. See the documentation for details.
