Ath10k_pci Direct firmware load error

I have found a problem with the firmware driver in the log. I have connected a “cat/var/log/messages | grep warn” and the second part of the log - if they would need to see the context of the. Have not noticed any real problem.

About what the problem is?

root@turris:~# cat /var/log/messages |grep warn

i am having same errors (it was during the update/upgrade from 3.4 to 3.5 and 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 process. I mean it was just one time event).
Unless you have some serious wlan/wifi issues you can live with that.

It just means that the kernel couldn’t find the firmware file (-2 = ENOENT = No such file or directory) and then kernel failed back to user space helper to load the firmware. Those messages are normal for Omnia (standard WLAN version).
