Antenna cable specs to buy replacements

Hi there,

I have an antenna cable that got torn and broke in my Turris Omnia that I would like to replace, but I’m confused between uFL, MHF, IPX, IPEX, there’s so many standard they all kinda look alike.

Which one should I buy? (it’s not the pigtail, it’s one that’s connected to the filter before the antenna).

Which cable is that supposed to be? There are two wires involved:

  • one (aka pigtail) that connects from the WLan card to the diplexer (that ships as Original hardware), or from WWAN modem to WWAN antenna
  • one inside the antenna casing

u.FL connector also called uFL, IPEX, IPAX, IPX, MHF, and AM

It’s a standard size U.FL/IPEX/MHF connector you are searching for.

So to be super clear, here’s an image with the cable I need to replace in orange.

I thought about getting this one:

Would that be okay or not?

I suspect 5cm could be too short.

But would that be the right connector at both end? At least with that I guess I can go and find a longer one
